AllHealth Network is growing! We are seeking a motivated individual to be a part of our Information Services Team in a FULL-TIME position of Application Software Developer Jr to perform multi-platform software/database design, programming, and support to the organization.


Founded in 1955, AllHealth Network provides professional, culturally inclusive mental health and substance abuse services, including outpatient services such as individual, family, marital and group counseling and psychiatry plus a full range of specialized programs including an acute treatment unit, program for those with severe and persistent mental illness, and more.


Application Software Developer Jr


Position Summary:          

  • Analysis & Design, Programming, Software Review, Testing the following systems:
    • Streamline SmartCare (EHR)
    • SQL Databases
  • Work collaboratively with Helpdesk Administrators to resolve level 3 & 4 technical issues
  • Build out and test all new releases for the EHR
  • Analysis of internal procedures for the design, programming, use, and improvement of the information and business data systems.
  • Manage, Maintain and Modify system environment patches and updates monthly
  • Enforces and evolves software development standards and best practices



One of the following; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Computer Information Technology with a minimum of 1 year experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in software development using JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML, .NET, C# and T-SQL
  • 1-3 years of experience in developing SQL server databases,       ETL, stored procedures, CSSRS
  • Proven delivery of web applications modules
  • Understanding of web application performance, security, and accessibility considerations
  • Focused on delivering practical unit tests alongside all shippable code
  • An eye for detail and a desire for quality and accuracy



  • Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
  • Review quality of specific data information and associated activity logs in depth
  • Develop high quality code adhering to engineering best practices including automated unit and integration testing, code reviews, and documentation
  • Review quality of information collected and maintained by the data systems
  • Prepare and review data extracts for export and submission to data repositories
  • Design and produce customer programming for organizational software platforms
  • Design and produce custom reports and analysis materials as needed
  • Review, monitor and educate staff regarding internal data processes
  • Participate in data system development, deployment and monitoring with IT partners
  • Collaborate with the team to solve difficult problems
  • Participate in team meetings, events, and center-wide functions
  • Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
  • Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.
