We are seeking a motivated individual to be a part of our Child & Family Team in the PART TIME position of Behavioral Health Clinician II, Licensed Therapist to serve our offices in Littleton, CO. Founded in 1955, AllHealth Network provides professional, culturally inclusive mental health and substance abuse services, including outpatient services such as individual, family, marital and group counseling and psychiatry plus a full range of specialized programs including an acute treatment unit, program for those with severe and persistent mental illness, and more.

 

Therapist - Outpatient Family Therapist

 

Position Summary:  To provide family and individual therapy for children, adolescents and their families impacted by behavioral health and/or substance abuse challenges.

 

Qualifications:

A. Education: Masters degree in mental health field. License required.

B. Experience: A minimum of five years experience working with individuals impacted by behavioral health diagnosis. Experience and interest in providing therapeutic services within a time effective therapy framework.

C. Skills: Clinical expertise in providing assessments, individual and family therapeutic interventions with clients and their families affected by mental illness. Knowledge of community systems and resources are helpful. Competent in computer skills required.

D. Other: Ability to lift equipment and supplies up to 15 lbs.

 

Responsiblities:

Provide outpatient family, group and individual therapy for children, adolescents and their families. Strong emphasis on providing evidence based family therapy.

Facilitate process of assessment and develop treatment focus and goals with clients.

Provide a combination of afternoon, evening and Saturday appointments.

Participate in Team meetings, All Staff meetings, and individual and group supervision.

Complete all required clinical and administrative documentation to accepted standards of practice, accurately, legibly, and by established timelines on agency electronic medical record and paper as needed. Progress notes are due the same day as the service is provided. Additional clinical documentation expected to be completed on or prior to due date.

Provide all treatment within the appropriate limits of the given authorization. Complete and follow through with financial and clinical information necessary to ensure reimbursement for services provided to consumers.

Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online trainings and face-to-face trainings) by required timelines.

Expected to follow AllHealth Network clinical policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including those related to confidentiality, release of information and record keeping.

Expected to demonstrate customer service focus, good communication and professionalism with clients, co-workers and outside agency personnel in order to provide high quality services and to enhance community relationships. Demonstrate initiative, organization, and flexibility.

Perform other duties within the scope of the position and experience, education and ability of the employee as may be required.
