We are seeking a motivated individual to be a part of our Acute Care Campus Team in the FULL TIME position of Clinical Manager to provide clinical supervision to the Acute Care Campus staff, and oversight of the day to day clinical operations. Clinical Manager Acute Care Services


This Manager maintains a trained and knowledgeable clinical staff who provide quality acute care for individuals in crisis. The ACC operates efficiently, and staff understand their roles and performance expectations. The Clinical Manager ensures that clients receive crisis stabilization services that promote Recovery for the individual.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hiring, training, and disciplining all clinical staff at the ACC
  • Ensures ethically and clinically appropriate service provision by ACC clinicians occurs.
  • Implements processes and procedures at the ACC and ensures staff are trained in all relevant procedures.
  • Monitors staff documentation for completion and quality.
  • Ensures staff complete Critical Incident Reports as required.
  • Monitors bed capacity and works to keep an appropriate staffing pattern for the ACC
  • Provides ongoing clinical supervision of staff as required.
  • Works with other staff and managers across the All Health Network system to meet the mission of All Health Network.
  • Builds productive, cohesive, and positive teams.
  • Works with external organizations to maintain positive relationships.
  • Serves as a member of the Management Council and other committees as required
  • Reviews service data and financial reports as appropriate.
  • Follows all AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
  • Completes all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines.
  • Performs other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.


Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Master's degree at a minimum, in a Human Services field. Must be licensed as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or psychologist.
  • Must have strong clinical skills in assessment, DSM-V diagnoses, therapeutic interventions and best practice guidelines in behavioral health.
  • Five years experience working with individuals who have severe and persistent mental illness.
  • At least one year of crisis service experience and knowledge of acute service delivery systems.
  • One year of clinical or administrative supervision experience.
  • Must have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a large team in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have strong decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others and create a cohesive work environment.
  • Commitment to Recovery oriented, Person Centered, Trauma Informed Care.
  • Knowledgeable in behavioral health rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of managed care and utilization review systems.
  • Knowledge of community resources.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written formats.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well with internal and external customers.
